The author, Alexey Zimin, is a renowned Russian food writer, editor-in-chief of Afisha-Eda magazine and one of the owners of popular Ragout gastronomic bistro and the graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. This time he writes about seasonal products you can get in Moscow and easy and creative dishes you can make with them.
